Nothing is sitting in a warehouse. Your tee is printed once you've ordered it, which adds production time and avoids producing this tee before it is ordered.
How long it takes
Two things add up: 2 to 4 business days to print and pack, then transit. The estimates below cover transport after dispatch. Add the production time to estimate the full wait from order to delivery.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs inspection can add time on international parcels, and that part is outside anyone's control — ours included. Checkout currently serves 41 countries — if yours isn't on the list, write to us and we'll see what we can do.
Tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves. If it hasn't moved for more than seven days, don't wait it out — tell us and we'll chase it.
If something's wrong
Our 30-day commercial service is additional to your statutory rights. It does not limit the legal guarantees of conformity or hidden defects, or your right of withdrawal where applicable.
Wrong size sent, a print that isn't right, a parcel that arrives damaged — that's on us, and it's the easy case.
- Send a photoWrite to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a picture of the problem. One photo is usually enough.
- We remake itWe print a replacement and ship it at our cost. No return, no forms, no waiting for a parcel to travel back across the world.
- Keep the first oneSending a misprinted tee back costs more than making a new one and helps nobody. Pass it on to someone who'll wear it.
If you picked the wrong size
It happens, and a boxy cut makes it likelier than usual. Within 30 days of delivery, on an unworn and unwashed tee, we'll print your correct size and send it out. You contribute a flat €8 exchange fee. TIPSY. covers the remaining cost of the reprint and the second shipment — and you don't ship anything back.
Check the size guide before ordering and you'll probably never need this paragraph. The flat chest measurement is the one that matters.
Changed your mind entirely? If you are ordering from the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal — what it covers and how to use it is set out on the right of withdrawal page. Outside that window, write to us within 30 days of delivery: every tee is printed individually for the person who ordered it, so we look at change-of-mind requests one by one rather than pretending we run a warehouse returns desk.
Duties and taxes
Parcels ship internationally. Depending on where you are, your local customs authority may charge import duty or tax on delivery. Those charges are set by your country, collected by the carrier, and are the recipient's responsibility — they are not included in the price you paid us.
