If you bought from the European Union, you have fourteen days to change your mind, without giving a reason. This page is how you use that right.
The period
Fourteen calendar days from the day you — or someone you nominated — physically receive the goods. If an order arrives in several parcels, the period runs from the last one.
This is a statutory right for consumers buying at a distance within the EU. Our commercial return policy does not limit your statutory rights, including the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects. It sits alongside our own returns and exchange terms, which are more generous in some respects and which you are free to use instead.
Withdraw from your order
Use the online form below to submit your withdrawal directly, or send the details by email. Our team will send an acknowledgement by email, including the notice and its date and time of receipt.

- The email address used to order
- The item or items concerned, and quantities
- The date you received the parcel
- Your full name and address
- The sentence: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the above goods.”

What happens next
We acknowledge your notice by email. You then have fourteen days from sending that notice to return the goods. We reimburse you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever comes first. We use the same payment method you used to pay, unless you expressly agree otherwise, without reimbursement fees.
We refund the price of the goods and the standard outbound delivery cost. Return postage is yours, unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing — in which case none of this applies and we simply put it right, at our cost.
Condition of the goods
You may handle the tee as you would in a shop — unfold it, hold it up, try it on. Wearing it out, washing it or removing the printed care label goes beyond that, and we may reduce the refund accordingly.
