Shipping policy

Preparation. Your order is prepared and dispatched within 1 business day, then shipped according to your country's transit time.

Transit times (after dispatch, in business days)

France, Germany, Italy: 5 to 8 days
United Kingdom: 4 to 7 days
Spain, Portugal and other European Union countries: 6 to 10 days
United States: 5 to 8 days
Canada: 7 to 15 days
Australia: 7 to 12 days
Switzerland, Norway, Gulf countries and Asia-Pacific: 10 to 30 days

The total delivery time is the sum of preparation and transit. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. A customs inspection may extend international transit. If no timeframe has been agreed, delivery will take place no later than thirty days after the contract is concluded.

Tracking

Every parcel is tracked. The tracking link is emailed to you when it is dispatched. If tracking has not updated for more than seven days, email us at tipsy.paris@gmail.com.
